DELLA RIDGE
Della Ridge was formed in the spring of 2007 by Simon Sjöstedt.
Under the following year they recorded an EP with five tracks.
“Bulletproof EP” was released in 2008, and can be heard at
their website.
Della Ridge is the nickname of a village, in the middle of Sweden, were
Simon grew up.
The lyrics of Della Ridge deals with the tension between big city life
and the countryside.
We are moving to a new host:
The old host is closing down, so we have to move. I hope it wont be any
problems, you might have problems to login for a day or two.

JONAS OTTER.
 After
the debut cd: "Hospice for Romantic Hearts" and the
duett song with Tone Norum, "when love says goodbye" who was
often played at Swedens Radio P4, Jonas become Swedish champion in alternative
country in fall 2007.
One the second album, What will the neighbors
say? Jonas releases the tiltesong as an duett with well known
swedish singer Anne-Lie
Rydé. It's a great song!
The album "What will the neighbors say?" was released
in the little town Mora, in Sweden on the 20:th of mars.
The album "What will the neighbors say?" is swinging
ala 60:es with the boots deep in the roots of countrymusic. With a sound
more like Bakersfield than Nashville Jonas has created an album you seldom
here in Sweden. It's beautiful, swinging and strait from the heart.
You just need to listen to it!
 The Long gone Smiles Band from Sweden. Listen to a samplesong at the artists.
The Long gone Smiles Band, from Stockholm, in Sweden, is probably the
only band which can offer the original style of classic country music,
as performed by the artists of the Golden Era of Country Music 1927-1957.
We have the acoustic instruments of the time, do the old style of singing
and harmony singing, and add just some powerful electric sound with lapsteel
and semi-acoustic guitar of the 50’s.
Some of the best country musicians in Sweden form this band –
with powerful fiddle, sparkling mandolin, whining Dobro and National tricone
1929 hawaiian guitar, moanin’ lapsteel of the 40’s, and bouncin’
guitars and poundin’ upright bass.

We present today Monica Silverstrand, Swedish singer with a genuine background
in music biz. Listen to her song "Blind Faith" on the link "Artists"
A total of 68 DJ´s has registered so far.Playlists are incoming
from all of the world and we are so happy for it. Thank you all DJ's who
so kindly plays our songs in your great shows.
A couple of more bands are in the progress to join up for this service
soon. We just need everything in place first, so please be patients.
In the meantime, thank you all for doin´this project a big success!

A total of 40 DJ's has signed up for this download service. Only after
one week.
The downloads has passing the number of 500, and some of the artists has
already been played at several stations.

Hello you all!
I like to say Thanks to everyone who joined us this first 24 hours of
www.countrymusic.nu history.
We had a total number of 23 users registered.
We had a total number of 107 downloads.
All this in 24 hours. I feel happy about it. If you know someone who
would like this site and are working as a DJ. Please let them know about
us.
Very soon we are proud to present a top Dutch country music artist here.
